For oversized products, a surcharge will be applied by the carrier chosen. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and do not apply until the product leaves SV Motori's facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond SV Motori's control once your order leaves SV Motori's facilities, SV Motori cannot assume liability for late deliveries. We may in good faith make contact with the respective shipping service to expidite and assist.
Signature is required for most deliveries: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Additional shipping charges – and shipping duration, may apply for some rural (or non major United States city) addresses. Please note we will contact you prior to shipping any product if additional charges apply.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
Most of SV Motori's’ carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to SV Motori.
All shipments to US Military base addresses are sent via our Standard service level. We estimate 5 to 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
The Seller undertakes to do everything within its power to comply with the delivery times given on the Site and, in any event, to deliver within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day after the Consumer places the order. If the order cannot be processed by the Seller, as the Product ordered by the Consumer is not available, even temporarily, for delivery, the Seller shall notify the Consumer in writing and refund the amount already paid as illustrated in more detail below. If the consumer has chosen bank transfer as payment method, delivery time will run from the receipt of the bank transfer by the Seller. The Products ordered by the Consumer shall be delivered according to the method chosen from those available and listed on the Site when the order was placed. The Consumer undertakes to promptly check, within and no later than 3 (three) days of receipt of the Products, that the delivery is correct and includes all and only the purchased Products, and to notify the Seller, within this deadline, of any faulty products received or any discrepancy between the order and the goods actually received, following the procedure referred to in this contract; failure to do so will infer that the Products shall be deemed as accepted. In the event that the packaging or boxing of the Products ordered by the Consumer reaches its destination visibly damaged, the Consumer is invited to refuse to accept the delivery from the carrier/courier or accept the delivery “with rights reserved”.
While the Seller takes all necessary precautions to protect personal data from being leaked, falsified, manipulated or used by unlawful third parties, due to the characteristics and technical limitations concerning the protection of electronic communications via the Internet, the Seller does not guarantee that the information or data viewed by the Consumer on the Site, even after the Consumer has provided relative login credentials, will not be accessible or viewable by unauthorised third parties. Where data in relation to payments made by credit card are concerned, the Seller uses the services provided by the card payment servicer which adopts technological systems to guarantee maximum levels of reliability, security, protection and confidentiality for information transmitted over the web.
Returns & Replacements
We will gladly refund ANY item that we have in stock up to 14 days (2 weeks). Please do not expect a refund of any kind after this time period unless you have an agreement with a staff member prior to your order. In the event we have to order your item from Lamborghini or is a special order, there are NO refunds. There are no exceptions. This is simply because Lamborghini does not allow returns. If you order a part using a part number you look up or find, you need to verify Lamborghini's part number as we are not responsible for the "wrong" item ordered. On all in stock refunds there IS a 10% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. The item must also be in NEW and resalable condition. We do not refund shipping unless the wrong part was shipped to you. If you are requesting a refund, approval should be obtained before you ship the item back, and you are responsible for shipping and making sure that the item is packaged properly to meet shipping guidelines and insurance on the item should be purchased. Used parts are sold AS IS, and are not returnable, if you have specific questions on used parts before purchasing, please email or call us prior to purchasing, as we will under no circumstances issue refunds on used parts.
Consumers must be aged 18 or over in order to make purchases on the Site and have legal capacity; the Consumer declares compliance with such requirements.
Price Matching SV Motori strives to offer the best pricing for the value- In the event a competitor offers a lower price, we will match any valid advertised price. The competing vendor must be an authorized dealer for the product and the item must be in stock at the time with the competing vendor. All prices are subject to change without notice. EBay or other Auction site prices are not valid for price matching. All price matching must be publicly advertised from the competing vendor and must be legitimate. Prices are not matched on open box items or closeout items.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for Products purchased on the Site shall be made strictly within 10 (ten) days from when the order confirmation is sent by the Seller to the Consumer. The Consumer expressly agrees that performance of the contract by the Seller will commence the moment the price of the purchased product/s is credited to the Seller’s bank account. Payments for orders placed on the Site can be paid for by credit card, or via PayPal at the conditions provided below. The Seller may also allow other payment methods, as seen in the specific payment section on the Site. When payment is by credit card,the Consumer will be transferred to a secure site and the credit card information will be communicated directly to the operator designated by the Seller to handle all such transactions. The data provided will be sent securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit or better encrypted file transfer systems. Such data remain inaccessible even for the Seller. Orders may be paid for by bank transfer to the Seller, where the Consumer shall use the 'Swift' and IBAN codes indicated on the order confirmation, together with the order number. The invoice/tax records relating to the purchase will be sent to the Consumer in electronic format, if required by law, to the e-mail address provided by the Purchaser during the registration process, if the products are to be delivered to a recipient in the U.S.A. territory, or attached to the purchased product in paper format, in all other cases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
If PayPal is used as a payment processor, the Credit Card will be charged immediately.
International customers may check out with PayPal. International customers when checking out with PayPal must follow all rules stated in the PayPal section of our Terms and Conditions including providing and shipping to only a confirmed and verified PayPal address.
We reserve the right to cancel any order request.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. To make payment by check please contact us to arrange these alternate forms of payment.
Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee product availability by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
The Site can be accessed from all over the world. However, the Products available on the Site can only be purchased by users who request delivery to one of the Countries listed on the Site.The presentation of the Products on the Site, which are not binding for the Seller, is merely an invitation to the Consumer to make a contractual offer to purchase and is not an offer to the public.
Updating Account Information
Consumers will also be asked to check and correct any errors in their personal data.
Personally customized product was created especially for you, so we cannot take returns on these items.
Return Authorization (RA) Number Required
All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
30-Day Return Period
You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 14 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Unless prohibited by law, a 40% restocking fee will be charged for all items when the factory seal has been broken.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).
