    Items marked as 'Free Shipping' may qualify for free standard ground shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states). Oversized products and direct ship products are excluded from this offer unless otherwise noted.

    Shipping Costs reflect the costs incurred through the shipping provider - This is to ensure our prices remain as competitive as possible. If you have any questions regarding our shipping charges or delivery to an address, please contact us.

    Once your order has been submitted to the vendor and tracking information is provided from the vendor, your order will be updated on your account page, and the order will be marked shipped.

    A purchase receipt for your order has been received from the vendor. This order has now shipped from that vendor, and can no longer be revised.

     


    Shipping & Delivery

     

    SV Motori strives to ship "In-Stock" orders within one business day of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. SV Motori will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock. SV Motori does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us by phone so that we may assist you. Once you have placed your order, it is important to log into your SV Motori Account page to review your order status, expected ship date, order updates and order history. All dates provided are based on estimates given by the supplier. SV Motori does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change. All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

     

    WAREHOUSE PROCESSING TIME:
    All orders take 1 business day for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy. This is in addition to the shipping time. Over 99% of orders ship complete (no backorders!).

     

     

    EXPECTED SHIP DATE:
    This product is sourced from a local supplier and will usually ship within the time frame shown, meaning that your order would not ship from our location until those products are received within the given timeframe. This is not to be confused with the transit time from our warehouse to your location from the time the order was placed.

    * Shipments to P.O. boxes may require additional verification. For cart orders exceeding $250, your order will ship Signature Required. For oversized products, a surcharge will be applied by the carrier chosen. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and do not apply until the product leaves SV Motori's facilities.
    As the delivery of your order is beyond SV Motori's control once your order leaves SV Motori's facilities, SV Motori cannot assume liability for late deliveries. We may in good faith make contact with the respective shipping service to expedite and assist. 
    Signature is required for most deliveries: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
    Additional shipping charges – and shipping duration, may apply for some rural (or non major United States city) addresses. 
    Please note we will contact you prior to shipping any product if additional charges apply.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SHIP FUEL ADDITIVES OR ANY AEROSOLS TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS.

    How Will I Know When My Order Will Arrive?

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed as well as a shipping notification email on the day of despatch. When we are notified of the courier tracking number, we'll send you an email with the details. FedEx and USPS may email updates with your delivery status.

    Most carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to SV Motori.


    MILITARY SHIPMENTS: All shipments to US Military base addresses are sent via our Standard service level. We estimate 5 to 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.



    Where Can my Order be Delivered To?

    You can order for delivery to your home or work address, or to an alternative address that has been verified as belonging to the account holder placing the order. Deliveries that are not to your registered billing address may require additional security checks, particularly if this is your first order. We will contact you if this is the case.

    About Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry

    Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by SV Motori.

    You are responsible for export/import compliance for orders that you or your freight forwarder export/import.

    If you (or your freight forwarder) purchase items from SVMotori.com to be shipped to a U.S. location, you (or your freight forwarder) are now considered the exporter for any subsequent export of the items from the United States. As the exporter, you (or your freight forwarder) are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.

    SV Motori will not act and must not be listed on any export documentation (export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.) as the exporter or United States Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) for orders where you choose to use a freight forwarder to export items that were delivered to a U.S. address.

    SV Motori cannot accept returns or issue refunds for lost or damaged items that you or your freight forwarder export.

    SV Motori is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to items after the items are delivered to you or your freight forwarder. This means that SV Motori will not provide a replacement or a refund for any lost or damaged items delivered in the U.S. and subsequently taken outside of the U.S., either by hand-carrying or using a freight forwarding service. You should refuse the delivery of items if they arrive from SVMotori damaged and instruct your freight forwarder to do the same.

    Items delivered to a U.S. address, which are undamaged following their subsequent export, must be returned from the U.S.

    Items that you (or your freight forwarder) export may not be returned to SV Motori from outside of the United States. International return labels will not be issued for those items. In order to use an SV Motori prepaid Return Mailing Label to return eligible items that you (or your freight forwarder) have exported, you must first return the items to a U.S. address. SV Motori will not serve as the importer or exporter for the return shipment. You (or your designated freight forwarder) will be the exporter and importer for the shipment, bear all shipping costs, and be responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import regulations, including all U.S. import regulations and the export regulations of the relevant country.

    Once the eligible items are returned to a U.S. address, you may generate a Return Mailing Label from the Online Returns form which you may then use to return the items from the U.S. address to the SV Motori fulfillment center listed on the Return Mailing Label. Title and risk of loss transfer to SV Motori upon receipt of the items at the SVMotori fulfillment center listed on the Return Mailing Label.
