Updated Customer Account Experience Starting March 2023

Hello and Greetings -

Our returning customers will notice there has been an update to our user account experience when logging to their SV Motori account after March 6, 2023.

All new customers will be starting out in the new system, so the changes will be transparent for them.

The account system will now initially request the email address to be used for your order and then send out a confirmation link with a 6 digit code to that email address - this is to help confirm and verify the user and account holder.  

This system also allows for us to implement some new features shortly down the road - soon one will be able to request item refunds or add additional order details directly though the user account rather than needing to call or contact us directly ( though your welcome to do so! ).

We're looking forward to eventually provide a similar user experience that our customers have grown accustomed to when using Amazon or other online services.
